1. OWNERSHIP
Geezbook, including original source code, project-specific server logic, database schema work, original interface code, project documentation, and original assets created for Geezbook, is proprietary software owned by fatlekdude to the extent those materials are original and legally owned by fatlekdude.

2. END-USER PERMISSION
Visitors may use an authorized Geezbook deployment through its normal user interface for personal, non-transferable use. Access to a hosted Geezbook service does not grant any license to the source code.

3. RESTRICTIONS
Unless prior written permission is granted by fatlekdude, you may not:
- copy, republish, redistribute, mirror, sell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the Geezbook source code;
- modify the source code for redistribution or use it to create, maintain, or publish a clone, fork, derivative social-network project, or competing deployment;
- extract substantial project-specific code or assets for use in another project;
- remove, hide, alter, or falsify Geezbook copyright, license, ownership, or attribution notices, including the visible “brought to you by fatlekdude” attribution;
- represent Geezbook or substantial portions of it as your own original work;
- make the source code available to third parties except where fatlekdude has expressly authorized that disclosure in writing.

4. AUTHORIZED OPERATOR COPIES
The authorized operator of a Geezbook installation may make reasonable backup and deployment copies solely to operate, maintain, recover, or migrate that authorized Geezbook installation. This does not grant redistribution rights.

5. USER CONTENT
Users retain rights they may have in content they submit. This license does not transfer ownership of user-generated content to fatlekdude.

6. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS
This license applies only to material legally owned by fatlekdude. Third-party software, libraries, fonts, media, trademarks, service marks, names, APIs, and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners. Nothing in this license claims ownership of third-party intellectual property.

7. NO TRADEMARK LICENSE
No trademark or brand license is granted for third-party names or marks. Geezbook branding may not be used to falsely imply authorization by fatlekdude.

8. TERMINATION
Any permission granted under this license terminates automatically if these terms are violated. Upon termination, unauthorized copies must no longer be used or distributed.

9. NO WARRANTY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEEZBOOK IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

10. PERMISSION
Additional rights may be granted only by explicit written permission from fatlekdude.

This license does not override rights that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law.
