You may use an authorized Geezbook deployment through its normal interface. You must not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, intentionally disrupt other users, or use another person’s account without permission.
Original Geezbook source code and project-specific work owned by fatlekdude are proprietary and All Rights Reserved. Unless prior written permission is granted by fatlekdude, you may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publish a clone or fork, use substantial Geezbook code in another project, or claim substantial Geezbook work as your own.
The attribution “brought to you by fatlekdude”, copyright notices, license files, and ownership notices must not be removed, hidden, falsified, or replaced on redistributed or otherwise authorized copies.
An authorized Geezbook operator may make reasonable backup, recovery, migration, and deployment copies solely to operate and maintain that authorized installation. This does not create a right to redistribute the project or publish a derivative service.
Users retain any rights they have in content they submit. Users give the service the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and deliver that content as part of Geezbook features.
Geezbook may process account information, posts, messages, media, session data, security logs, and other information needed to operate the service. Administrators should only access private information when needed for operation, moderation, security, recovery, or user support.
These terms apply only to material legally owned by fatlekdude. Third-party libraries, software, fonts, media, trademarks, APIs, names, and other third-party intellectual property remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses. Geezbook does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
Geezbook is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Availability, compatibility, data preservation, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
Any permission to redistribute, create a derivative deployment, remove attribution, or use proprietary Geezbook code outside an authorized installation must be granted explicitly in writing by fatlekdude.
